I bought this red light therapy torch mainly for convenience. I already use a larger panel at home, but wanted something I could throw in my bag for when I’m at the gym or traveling, and this little device does the trick.
What I love most is how portable and lightweight it is. It takes up no space and charges quickly. I’ve used it on my wrist and shoulder after workouts, and it gives a nice, gentle warmth without getting too hot. You can tell it’s doing something because it helps reduce that tight, sore feeling I get from training.
I am pretty happy with this little redlight therapy wand. It is bright and seems like it works well. It comes with different attachments to do different targeted therapies, which is really nice. I’ve used red light therapy with success on different parts of my body but this will be great for targeted harder to reach places (at least with the panel I already have). For metal body equipment that is bulky and cold, I prefer this one. It feels great, lightweight, and easy to use continuously for 2 minutes
One of the biggest plus points about this unit is the portability of it. It comes in a nice durable case that keeps everything contained and safe. The unit is small and everything is pretty lightweight to easily take it anywhere with you. No excuse to miss a session now!

Red Light Therapy for the Face. Comfortable and Rechargeable

I have issues with my facial skin and it was recommended to use Red Light Therapy. There are many devices out there but this one is specifically for the face. The silicone material is soft and comfortable and the controller unit is easy to control. There is a rechargeable battery in the control unit so you can be mobile while wearing it. I was tempted to wear it outside while walking the dog but I didn't. I tried all the different modes but I cannot say I notice any skin difference yet.. I know it takes time so I will continue to use this and hope for the best.

My humble opinion

Works like magic. I've struggled with psoriasis for years-itching, flaking, redness, and that constant tight feeling on my skin. I've tried all kinds of products. High Quality, Cold Laser Therapy Device

This is a very high quality, good working cold laser therapy device. It is listed for animals, But on the instruction manual it says that is safe for human beings also. Since the instructions said it was OK and I had already decided that I was going to try the therapy on my knee first. "It worked extremely well" so I had no qualms about trying it with my four-legged son. So far he seems to like the feeling, but time will tell more, very nice to have this type of Cold laser therapy at home.Works very well for Joint Pain.Very Happy. Quality Laser Therapy Device.

Handy Device to Have at Home

I've been using this red light device for a few weeks now, mainly on my ankle where I broke it years ago. It still gets stiff sometimes, especially when the weather changes. I also use it on a scar on my thigh from surgery, kind of bumpy and slow to heal over time.The thing feels decent in hand, not flimsy. When you turn it on, all the lights come on together. There's no way to just use one type of light, which is something to know. If I'm working on the scar, I'm still getting the deep-penetrating infrared even though I might just want the surface-level red light. Same the other way-if I'm going for my ankle, the red light's on even if I don't need it. It's not a dealbreaker, but I wish there was a way to switch between them.That said, I have noticed my ankle feels less tight than before, especially in the mornings. The scar area also looks a bit smoother and doesn't feel as hard as it used to. Not magic, but definitely some change over time.My dog likes it too-well, she tolerates it-on her legs. Seems to loosen her up a bit.It's simple, no apps or settings, which is fine by me. Just charge it, turn it on, point and go. If you want something easy for home use and don't mind that all the lights run together, it's worth a try. Just go in knowing you can't pick and choose wavelengths. For me, it's helping enough that I keep using it.

Built Nice!

This is a really nice, it comes in a case and the red light can get really deep into the skin. It has a few different power levels and has more of a rubber texture on the outside. It's seems to be very good quality and I like that it can wrap around a problem area that I want to treat.

Pulsating mode works great

I own a few different red light therapies, but what attracted me to the belt attachment. The belt attachment allows for a targeted approach. The rechargeable belt provides for hands-free use, which is another convenient feature.The belt has three light settings, and you can also choose a pulsating mode. My husband likes using the pulsating mode for his neuropathy.The directions could be clearer. They state to press and hold the power button, but there isn't a button labeled power.It includes a carrying case, so it's great to take on the road.
